House System
Houses are bought through auctions on the website. You pay monthly rent for your house and you can sell it to other players with a command.
Overview
- One character can own only one house at a time.
- You need a premium account to bid on a house and to keep it.
- A house owner who has not logged in for 30 days loses the house.
Auctions
You bid on a house on the Houses page.
- The auction lasts 24 hours after the first bid.
- Your character must be offline when you bid, and the bid is paid from the bank account of that character.
- One character can bid on only one house at a time.
- When somebody outbids you, your gold goes back to your bank account.
- The player with the highest bid becomes the owner of the house on the server save after the auction has ended.
- If the winner already owns another house when the auction is processed, the bid goes back to the bank account.
How much do you pay?
Enter the highest amount you are willing to pay. You do not always pay all of it. The winner pays only as much as the best offer of the other players, and the rest of the gold goes back to the bank account of the winner.
Example: you bid 500,000 gold and the other player bids 300,000 gold. You win the house and pay 300,000 gold. The other 200,000 gold goes back to your bank account.
If nobody else bids on the house, you get it for the starting price of 1 gold.
