OldCores coin purchases and other digital goods are delivered instantly to your account and are considered final. Because they are consumed within the game and cannot be technically withdrawn without destabilising the in-game economy, we do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed.

Why purchases are final

1. Digital currency is activated immediately and cannot be reversed without impacting gameplay balance for all players.
2. Finality prevents abuse such as spending coins or items and then attempting to reclaim the payment.
3. Payment processing incurs non-refundable fees and operational costs even if a refund is requested.
4. Buying coins means you agree to this Refund Policy and to our Terms & Conditions at the time of checkout.

Chargebacks and disputes

1. Opening a chargeback after receiving coins may trigger an account review or suspension while the payment provider investigates.
2. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact support first so we can help resolve the issue with as little disruption as possible.
